AKD Display Codes

During drive operation the drive display shows the following codes depending on the drive status.

Display Code	Status
	Normal operation, current mode, no faults.
	Normal operation, velocity mode, no faults.
	Normal operation, position mode, no faults.
+ [3 digit code, flashing]	Fault (see Fault and Warning Messages).
+ [3 digit code, flashing]	Warning (see Fault and Warning Messages).
+ [IP address]	Displaying drive IP address .
	Powered on and FPGA"Field-Programmable Gate Array" FPGA is a semiconductor device that can be configured by the customer or designer after manufacturing; hence the name "field-programmable" loading. If the display is locked on this code then operational and resident FPGA images are corrupt.
	DriveControl device for regulating the speed, torque and position of a motor enabled.
	Drive in dynamic brake mode (DRV.ACTIVE = 3).
	Operational started reboot, waiting for the resifnet to start.
	Firmware download: corrupted operational FPGA; resident FPGA is functional.
	Firmware download: HW download (HW switch was pressed - Rev 3 and higher).
	Firmware download: Corrupted operational FW.
	Firmware download: SW download (download command was issued from the operational FW).
	Start firmware download.
	Loading image process is running.
	Failure during firmware download.
	Special mode: Burn-in.
	CPU ResetNew start of the microprocessor.
	Resident loading.
	Resident completed and waiting for the operational to start.
	Kernel Panic.
	CPU Exception.
